Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage (parallel jobs, sequences, debugging, performance tuning).
• Proficiency with AWS services: S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, RDS, EC2, EMR, CloudWatch, IAM, Step Functions.

• Develop, enhance, and DataStage ETL jobs for data extraction, transformation, and loading across multiple systems.
• Design and implement, Lambda, Glue, EMR, Step Functions, Redshift, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
• Migrate on-prem DataStage workloads to AWS cloud-native or hybrid architectures.
• Optimize ETL performance, troubleshoot job failures, and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for ETL and AWS.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Implement security best practices including IAM roles, encryption, VPC networking, and compliance standards.
• Create technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and operational runbooks.
• Monitor and tune AWS resources for cost optimization and performance.
