The Role • Provide expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Deliver emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding. • Start and finish your workday from your own driveway. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to think on your feet and make confident decisions under pressure.
