Detailed Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Engineer / Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to work closely with business stakeholders, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and QA teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, systems analysis, data analysis, integrations, and Agile/SDLC methodologies.

The candidate should be skilled at translating business needs into clear technical requirements and supporting solutions throughout the development, testing, implementation, and production lifecycle.

Responsibilities

·         Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, pain points, and technology needs.

·         Gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage business, functional, data, integration, and system requirements.

·         Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and business rules.

·         Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, backlog refinement, and solution discussions.

·         Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, root-cause analysis, and current-state/future-state assessments.

·         Act as a liaison between Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
