What You'll Need • (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or a state-certified technician/business administrator. • German language proficiency at B2 level. • Enthusiasm for the construction process and building creation. • Strong mathematical skills, spatial reasoning, and interest in technical tasks. • Goal-oriented, structured approach with a high willingness to learn. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
