Industry: Banking / Trust & Wealth Management
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to support the migration from Trust 3000 to the SEI Wealth Platform (SWP). The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of both platforms and be capable of contributing immediately to technical analysis, integration architecture, migration requirements, and documentation.

The Technical Analyst will collaborate with technology teams, trust operations, platform specialists, project managers, developers, and quality engineering teams to translate platform differences and business workflows into technical requirements, integration specifications, and actionable development backlogs.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture and Integration Analysis
Document the existing Trust 3000 environment and target SWP architecture, including system components, interfaces, servers, data flows, and dependencies. Identify integration touchpoints requiring redirection, reconfiguration, redevelopment, or additional design. Analyze cash management interfaces supporting ACH, wire transfers, and ARP, including extract files and downstream processing. Document SEI standard interface file ingestion into the data lake and dependencies across downstream systems.

Assess integrations with downstream applications and systems. Migration Requirements and Impact Assessment
Analyze the transition from Trust 3000's account-based structure to SWP's client-based model. Define source-to-target data requirements and transformation rules. Document interface specifications, acceptance criteria, assumptions, risks, and dependencies. Evaluate technical impacts associated with platform migration. Backlog and Delivery Support
Develop and refine the technical backlog and provide development-ready requirements.

Clarify requirements and support developers in understanding platform behavior. Collaborate with quality engineering, downstream integration, and UAT teams to define test scenarios and expected outcomes. Support technical readiness assessments and migration cutover planning. Documentation and Collaboration
Maintain Confluence documentation, architecture diagrams, interface inventories, and technical decision logs. Use Atlassian tools to maintain accurate and accessible technical documentation. Apply approved AI-assisted tools for analysis and documentation.

Communicate technical requirements and implications clearly to business stakeholders and delivery teams. Required Qualifications
Hands-on knowledge of both Trust 3000 and SEI Wealth Platform (SWP) is mandatory. Experience supporting trust or wealth management platform migrations. Direct Trust 3000-to-SWP migration experience is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of trust operations, accounting, reconciliation, cash movements, and reporting. Experience with file-based interfaces, data transformations, APIs, and downstream system dependencies.

Ability to create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, data mappings, and development-ready requirements. Proficiency with Confluence and Atlassian tools. Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Python, PySpark, DataStage, Power BI, Apigee, and React.
Experience with SEI standard interface files and downstream platforms.
Experience consolidating processes across merged banking organizations.
Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering and analysis tools.
Important Requirements
FTE only no C2C.
Candidates must have practical knowledge of both Trust 3000 and SEI SWP.
Salary range: $120K-$125K annually.
Interested candidates can share their updated resumes along with contact details, current location, work authorization, and relevant Trust 3000 and SEI SWP migration experience.
