Job Summary
We’re looking for licensed therapists in California to provide high-quality therapy sessions remotely. You’ll connect with clients virtually, design tailored treatment plans, and support them in developing healthier coping skills. Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Lead secure telehealth therapy sessions with adults and families
- Develop treatment strategies suited to each client’s needs
- Monitor progress and refine care approaches
- Keep timely and accurate documentation
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- Two or more years of therapy experience
- Strong skills in remote care delivery
