Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
Job Summary
We’re looking for licensed therapists in California to provide high-quality therapy sessions remotely. You’ll connect with clients virtually, design tailored treatment plans, and support them in developing healthier coping skills. This position combines the convenience of remote work with the reliability of a structured schedule.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
- Full benefits package
Responsibilities
- Lead secure telehealth therapy sessions with adults and families
- Develop treatment strategies suited to each client’s needs
- Monitor progress and refine care approaches
- Keep timely and accurate documentation
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- Two or more years of therapy experience
- Strong skills in remote care delivery
