Responsibilities:
We are seeking a seasoned Teamcenter QE Lead with 8-12 years of experience in PLM Quality Engineering and Teamcenter testing. The candidate will lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and release validation for Teamcenter implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.
The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Teamcenter modules including BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow Management, Document Management, and Active Workspace (AWC). Experience in validating complex business processes and conducting integration testing with SAP/ERP, CAD, and other enterprise applications is essential.
The role requires leading onsite and offshore QA teams, driving defect triage and quality governance, collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams, and ensuring successful delivery in an Agile environment. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are critical for this client-facing onsite role.
