Job description

About the Firm

Our client is an established California labor and employment firm with a strong track record. The firm represents employees exclusively, handling wage and hour and FEHA claims throughout California in state and federal courts and in arbitration. Its team is committed to protecting the rights of working Californians.

About the Role

This is a fully remote position at a plaintiff’s firm with a strong support structure, a steady flow of existing matters, and an opportunity to do meaningful work. The successful candidate will be able to take over an active docket from day one.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has at least three years of civil litigation experience, including at least one year of plaintiff-side employment law experience. You have done the work firsthand: writing and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, briefing and arguing motions, and appearing at hearings. You also communicate clearly and confidently with clients and opposing counsel. Full trial experience is welcome but not required.

To Apply

Please submit your resume, a writing sample, and any other materials you consider relevant. All applications are treated confidentially.
