Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate end-to-end business processes and application functionality.
2. Build and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks to support regression, integration, and system testing.
3. Validate application integrations, security controls, data integrity, and system performance across multiple environments.
4. Document test results, manage defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and successful software delivery.

 

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, Salesforce testing, and Selenium-based test automation.
Technical Skills	Selenium, Test Automation, Salesforce, Test Case Development, API Testing, SQL, Defect Tracking Tools, Agile Testing
Business / Domain Skills	Quality Assurance, Business Process Validation, Requirements Analysis, Problem Solving, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Test Planning
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with enterprise application testing and automation frameworks.
2. Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
