QA Test Engineer with ServiceNow Experience - W2 (No C2C or 1099) - Onsite in Columbus, OH (Posted by SAM)

REQUIRED SKILLS   

• 4+ years of Software QA experience with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow platform testing.
• Strong hands-on experience creating and maintaining automated test suites using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Experience performing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology, SDLC processes, test planning, defect tracking, and release validation.
• Experience identifying, documenting, and resolving defects while working closely with developers and architects on root cause analysis.
• Hands-on experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades, patch releases, UAT activities, and production deployment testing.
• Knowledge of security testing, FedRAMP compliance standards, accessibility testing (Section 508), and regulated government environments.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow Test Management, Selenium, or similar testing and automation tools, along with strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
