Job Description

Job Summary

This role leads to financial controllership for IPDO, ensuring accurate monthly closing, reporting, and balance sheet hygiene. This role drives MIS, budgeting, and forecasting with actionable insights on cost and performance.

Oversees capex governance including proposal evaluation, tracking, and spend optimization.

Ensure compliance with statutory, SOX, and audit requirements while strengthening controls.

Focuses on process automation, cost optimization, and business partnering to improve efficiency and support R&D operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for overseeing monthly financial closing, including provisioning, compliance, and accurate reporting across IPDO plants.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing financial statements, notes to accounts, and ensuring compliance with IFRS & IGAAP.
  • You will be responsible for driving MIS reporting, Budget vs Actual analysis, and monthly LE submissions with actionable insights.
  • You will be responsible for managing annual budgeting for opex in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • You will be responsible for planning, reviewing, and tracking capex budgets, proposals, and utilization across verticals.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to statutory, SOX, and internal audit requirements, including closure of audit observations.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing trial balance, GLs, ageing, and strengthening financial controls.
  • You will be responsible for driving process improvements, automation, cost optimization initiatives, and supporting day-to-day financial operations and decision-making.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: Professional certifications such as Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent are mandatory


Minimum work experience:

6+ years of experience.
