Regional Engineering Manager

Regional Engineer Manager - IND1 TXM Recruit are currently seeking an experienced Regional Engineering Manager (electrical bias would be ideal) to join an existing team, based in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the commercial performance of one of our client’s key accounts.

In this role you will lead and manage our mobile and on-site engineering teams across a diverse office and data centre estate. This high-impact role is responsible for the planning, delivery and governance of all facilities maintenance and project engineering activities—ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operations across the client portfolio.

Salary &amp; Hours £60 - 70k + £5,549 Car Allowance<br />40 hours per week, Monday to FridayYour responsibilities will include:

Managing and reporting on the overall commercial performance of the account, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.<br />Acting as the primary point of contact for the client’s operational and financial leads, handling all commercial queries and reporting requirements.<br />Producing accurate financial WIP and charge-check reports, ensuring strict adherence to both internal and client financial processes and deadlines.<br />Overseeing the timely and accurate production of estimates for ETCWs by your team.<br />Ensuring non-automated purchase orders for subcontractors are raised efficiently and without delay.Benefits<br />25 days annual leave plus bank holidays<br />Matched contribution Pension scheme of 4.5% up to 6%<br />Private Medical:
