Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Model N and the Life Sciences Market Access domain. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams in delivering Model N implementation, enhancement, and integration projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. The candidate should possess strong technical project management skills along with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations and market access processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Model N implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and integration projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams to define project objectives and execution plans.
• Drive Agile and Waterfall project execution methodologies as required.
• Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage project governance, status reporting, RAID logs, and executive communications.
• Work closely with business teams to understand Market Access, pricing, contracting, rebates, and revenue management requirements.
• Ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, and production support.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committee reviews, and vendor coordination.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing Model N implementation or support projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Life Sciences Market Access domain.
• Experience with pharmaceutical pricing, contracting, rebates, chargebacks, and revenue management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional, distributed, and global teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong risk management, budgeting, and resource planning experience.
