Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager (Ops PM) to lead and drive cross-functional operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, experience managing project budgets, and a solid understanding of omnichannel operations. This role requires close collaboration with business, operations, technology, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of operational initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across business functions.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to support omnichannel business initiatives.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing operational or business transformation projects.
• Proven experience in Budget Management, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Good understanding of Omnichannel business processes and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in retail, healthcare, consumer products, or enterprise operations.
• Knowledge of change management and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience working with enterprise business applications and reporting tools.
