Financial Analyst

A leading gaming and hospitality organization is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to partner with executive leadership and provide meaningful financial and operational insights. Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced financial and operational analysis.
• Prepare financial forecasts and cash-flow projections.
• Analyze labor and business-performance trends.
• Prepare annual operating and CapEx budgets.
• Identify cost savings, efficiencies and margin opportunities.
• Partner with department leaders to gather and analyze data.
• Prepare and present recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years financial analysis experience preferred.
• 5+ years accounting experience.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools; Tableau preferred.
• Strong financial, operational and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Gaming/hospitality experience preferred.
• CMS, HRIS or Indian Gaming experience is a plus.
