ESD are recruiting for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a proven background in RC Frame projects to join a leading specialist contractor on a high-profile development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RC Frame works from start to completion.
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors and project programmes.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and the commercial team.
• Maintain the highest standards of health & safety and quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering RC Frame projects.
• Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• SMSTS and Black CSCS Card.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
