Civil Engineering Manager

PFC Careers are excited to be working once again with a SME civil engineering contractor to recruit a Civil Engineering Manager to be the main point of contact of one of their divisions. The company in question have been going through a steady period of growth and offer a very friendly, accommodating working environment. The role will be very much front facing and you will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships. You will need to be commercially minded to ensure project profitability

What is required

• Be proactive with all new enquiries
• Provide technical input with the support of technicians
• Prepare proposals and quotations
• Conduct site surveys
• Sign off all designs
• Manage internal staff
• Manage the day to day projects on site
• Work closely with Commercial Manager
• Be the face of the division

To be considered for this role you must be a degree qualified civil engineer and want to continue or develop in a senior management role. You will need to be an excellent communicator and show the ability to work independently.
