Job Description

Must Have Skills:
  • 2–4 years of UX Writing and/or UX Content Design experience
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills · Digital content delivery experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience working in regulated environments (Legal, Compliance, Risk)
  • Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or similar regulated-industry experience
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in Payments or Money Movement preferred
  • Experience with Figma
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Content strategy experience
  • Design thinking knowledge
  • Digital communications experience
  • UX Design exposure
  • Banking, Investments, Financial Services, Insurance or Healthcare experience
  • Passion for language, voice, tone, and grammar
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Relevant experience prioritized over degree requirements
