Job Title:  Full Stack Java Developer

Location:  Remote

Duration: 6 Months + Extension 

Bill Rate: $98-$110/hour

Work Authorization: US-Citizen, H-1B, OPT-EAD, GC-EAD 

•           Strong proficiency in Business Objects, Ruby on Rails, and MySQL/MariaDB. 

•           Demonstrates structured and logical thinking, reliability, and adaptability. 

•           Capable of working both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams and organizations. 

•           Excellent organizational abilities.

•           Proven verbal and written communication skills.

•           Familiarity with Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and network elements. 

•           Experience in service management for networks, managed services, CPE, security, applications, hosted/DCS services, IT services, and unified communications. 

Preferred Skills & Experience:

•           Deep expertise in the full systems development lifecycle. 

•           Advanced skills in Business Objects. 

•           Experience with databases such as MySQL/MariaDB and Oracle, including server administration and scripting.

•           Proficient in Ruby (versions 1.8 and 1.9) and the Rails framework (versions 2.x, 3.x, 4.x) using the MVC pattern. 

•           Comfortable with Linux operating systems. 

•           Experience with web servers like Apache, Nginx, and Phusion Passenger. 

•           Skilled in development environments such as Eclipse, Rubymine, and Aptana, as well as Linux/UNIX shell scripting and cron jobs. 

•           Familiar with version control systems like Subversion and Git. 

•           Knowledge of utilities such as GIMP, diff, and hexdump.
