The Role

• Engage in providing information and consultation on innovative therapeutic approaches and product solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital staff, and key decision-makers.
• Independently organize and conduct training sessions, presentations, and events.
• Analyze market data and competitor intelligence to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Pharmareferent (according to § 75 AMG) or a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine.
• Profound knowledge in the described functional area, coupled with a passion for sales and consulting in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with teamwork and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license (Class B).
