ServiceNow ITAM Project Manager

Position: ServiceNow ITAM Project Manager
Experience: 8+ years of project/team leadership experience
Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent

Key Requirements:

Strong experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects, particularly IT Asset Management (ITAM).

• Experience leading ITAM modernization/migration initiatives, ideally migrating from a legacy asset management platform such as OpenText.

• Strong project management experience covering planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk/issue management, resources, and stakeholder communication.

• Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall/Traditional project methodologies.

• Good understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Security Operations, and GRC.

• Experience overseeing testing, validation, deployment, and project delivery.

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, ITAM Implementation Specialist, or ITSM are a plus.
