The Role

  • Meet with business owners and families within your territory to explain supplemental insurance products.
  • Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to guide prospects from initial contact to closing.
  • Travel within your assigned territory Monday through Thursday.
  • Educate clients on how the company's products bridge gaps in traditional health coverage.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to share best practices and achieve collective success.

What You'll Need

  • A strong work ethic and motivation to control your income.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients.
  • A willingness to learn, embrace new technologies (like AI coaching), and follow a structured sales system.
  • Comfortable with travel within a territory from Monday to Thursday.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • No prior insurance experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
