Position Overview

·    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead - Guidewire PolicyCenter Development & Integration Expert to lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise-scale Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.

·    The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, a strong background in integrations and cloud technologies, and proven leadership experience managing global development teams and complex insurance transformation programs.

·    This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive solution design, ensure development excellence, mentor team members, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Experience

·    10+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Guidewire technologies.

·    5+ years of hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter development experience.

·    Proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex Guidewire implementations.

·    Strong experience in commercial insurance transformation programs.
