The Role

• Provide strategic direction and maintain operational standards for the restaurant.
• Drive results through effective people development, sales, and profit growth.
• Uphold and model company culture standards for all crew members and customers.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance, including P&L statements.
• Oversee hiring, termination, and development of management-level crew members.
• Act as manager on duty, responsible for opening, closing, and cash handling.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new systems.
• Experience with scheduling, performance management, and crew development.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work various shifts, including weekends.
