  • 7+ years of Salesforce platform delivery experience, including:
    • Health Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • Experience Cloud projects
  • Proven Scrum Master experienceleading:
    • Sprint Planning
    • Daily Standups
    • Sprint Reviews
    • Retrospectives
    • Backlog Refinement
    • Blocker Removal
  • Experience in fast-paced implementation projects, not just Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
  • Ability to remove blockers and keep delivery teams focused on sprint goals.
  • Experience working with:
    • Product Owners
    • Business Analysts
    • Developers
    • Salesforce Admins
    • QA Teams
    • Stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks:
    • Scrum (Mandatory)
    • SAFe (Preferred)
  • Understanding of Salesforce:
    • Release Cycles
    • Configuration
    • Customization
    • Integrations
    • Deployment Processes
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to track:
