North America Marketing Manager
We have partnered with a well-established international company to fill a North America Marketing Manager position. The North America Marketing Manager leads regional marketing, product management, communications, public relations, social media, and commercialization activities across North America. This is a “working management” role that oversees both the Marketing and Product teams and suppliers/contracts serving a critical connection between customers, sales, technical teams, and executive leadership.

The role is responsible for translating market opportunities, customer insights, and product innovation into commercial success.

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies supporting growth across the U.Lead brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, retention, and market expansion initiatives.
· Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and performance metrics.
· Oversee product strategy, positioning, portfolio management, and lifecycle planning.
· Partner closely with Global Marketing, Technical, Regulatory, Operations, and Sales teams.
· Serve as the voice of the customer throughout development and commercialization.
· Lead media relations and build relationships with industry publications, journalists, and influencers.
· Manage press releases, thought leadership content, executive communications, and public relations activities.
· Identify opportunities for speaking engagements, industry recognition, and brand visibility.
· Oversee social media strategy, digital campaigns, website content, email marketing, and customer communications.
· Develop sales enablement materials, customer success stories, presentations, and collateral.
· Support trade shows, field days, webinars, customer meetings, and industry events.
· Lead, coach, develop, and manage small team as well as suppliers/contractors.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, Communications, Product Management, or related field.
· 5+ years of professional experience in a similar working management role.
· Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
