IT Financial Assistant

LifeBridge Health is seeking an IT Financial Assistant to support Administration & Clerical operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services environment. This role bridges finance and technology, assisting with budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis for IT and administrative functions. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing reports, maintaining financial data in ERP and other systems, and supporting audits and compliance. Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and monitoring of departmental and organizational budgets
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Compile and analyze financial data for leadership reports and dashboards
• Track, verify, and process invoices, payments, and reimbursements
• Assist with cost, variance, and trend analysis for healthcare operations
• Maintain data integrity in financial and ERP systems
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams on financial questions and projects
• Contribute to process improvements and automation of financial workflows
• Protect confidentiality of patient and financial information in line with HIPAA and organizational standards
