The Role

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, activity-based treatment plans for rehabilitation phases B, C, and D, as well as intensive care patients.
• Design and implement specific single and group therapy sessions based on patient indications.
• Utilize robotic and treadmill-assisted gait training, provide assistive device consultations, and educate patient families.
• Document therapy progress accurately using the ORBIS electronic health record system and actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through regular internal training and company-supported external education opportunities.
