Sr. AV Technician

Job Description

Stefanini Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Collaboration Technology Specialist to support, evolve, and optimize our client's enterprise collaboration ecosystem, including Zoom, Microsoft 365, Teams, conference room technologies, and emerging AI-powered workplace solutions. The ideal candidate combines hands-on AV and video conferencing experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

This role is responsible for supporting users and meeting spaces, evaluating new capabilities, driving adoption of collaboration technologies, and partnering with business stakeholders to improve the digital workplace experience. Technical expertise is important, but curiosity, adaptability, customer focus, and a passion for learning are equally critical. Key Accountabilities

Manage and optimize collaboration platforms, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams/Office 365. Ensure the security and reliability of all collaboration infrastructure and applications. Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for conferencing services to ensure optimal performance.

Design, implement, and maintain robust video conferencing and Audio/Visual (AV) integration solutions. Manage hardware and installation vendors for new conference room setups and upgrades.

Collaborate with various IT teams and stakeholders to integrate new solutions and address technical challenges.

Research, evaluate, and recommend new software, hardware, and processes to keep our collaboration ecosystem at the forefront of industry trends. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.

Partner with communication teams to socialize new features and functionalities to the wider organization, including the adoption of AI within communication and collaboration services.
