Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on webMethods administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Integration Server, Universal Messaging, My webMethods Server, and Command Central.
  • Experience with installation, upgrades, patching, and migration between webMethods versions (10.x/11.x).
  • Solid Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting skills.
  • Understanding of JVM tuning, heap/thread analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SSL certificates, LDAP/SSO, and platform security.
  • Knowledge of clustering, load balancers, and high-availability design.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Nagios.
  • Experience with incident, change, and problem management (ITIL, ServiceNow).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
