The Role

• Provide basic and advanced nursing care to residents, adhering to quality standards.
• Plan and evaluate the nursing process for individual residents.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and therapists.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for residents and their families.
• Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and supply ordering.

What You'll Need

• A completed vocational training as a health and nursing professional, geriatric nurse, or pediatric nurse.
• Demonstrated professional competency, with an independent and organized approach to work.
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively within a team.
• Reliability, a strong sense of responsibility, and a sensitive approach to residents.
