The Role • Conduct routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles at customer locations. • Provide exceptional customer service, advising and representing the company with professionalism. • Manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient workflow. • Work independently, making sound decisions to resolve vehicle issues promptly. • Adapt to varied daily challenges and customer interactions. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a vehicle technician. • A full UK driving licence with a clean record (fewer than 6 points). • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
