Senior UiPath Developer / Technical Lead

Location: Centennial, CO – Hybrid (Onsite Tue–Thu)
Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise UiPath automation solutions.
• Gather requirements and translate business processes into scalable automation solutions.
• Lead UiPath technical design, architecture, code reviews, and development efforts.
• Develop attended/unattended automations using UiPath Automation Suite and UiPath Cloud.
• Mentor developers and coordinate with offshore teams.
• Support UAT, production deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, BAs, and project managers.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years software development/automation experience; 5+ years UiPath.
• Strong UiPath Automation Suite / UiPath Cloud experience.
• UiPath Technical Lead / Solution Architecture experience.
• C# / VB.NET, SQL Server, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Requirements gathering, technical design, estimation, and implementation planning.
• Strong stakeholder communication and developer mentoring skills.

Preferred: UiPath Solution Architect Certification, AI Center, Action Center, Document Understanding, Process Mining, Task Mining, Autopilot, Generative AI, Azure/AWS.
