Job Description

Senior Regulatory Reporting Consultant – FR Y-14M Production

Location: Remote
Duration: 6–12 Months

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst with strong hands-on experience in the end-to-end production of FR Y-14M regulatory reports. The ideal candidate should have direct ownership of the monthly production cycle, including data sourcing, report preparation, validation, reconciliations, variance analysis, regulatory controls, and submission. Candidates must have extensive experience with FR Y-14M loan-level reporting schedules and regulatory reporting within a large Bank Holding Company (BHC).

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of Regulatory Reporting experience in a Bank Holding Company (BHC) or large financial institution.
  • Strong hands-on experience with FR Y-14M Production and monthly regulatory submissions.
  • Direct ownership of the complete production lifecycle from source data extraction through Federal Reserve submission.
  • Experience supporting CCAR and Federal Reserve regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end monthly production process for FR Y-14M reports.
  • Prepare, validate, reconcile, review, and submit FR Y-14M regulatory reports.
  • Perform data quality checks, production validations, variance analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Reconcile reported balances with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Loan Servicing systems.
  • Investigate data breaks, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate remediation with business and technology teams.
  • Maintain production controls, audit documentation, and regulatory evidence.
  • Support internal audits, model validation, and regulatory examinations.
  • Work closely with Finance, Credit Risk, Treasury, Data Management, and Technology teams.

Required FR Y-14M Schedule Experience

Candidates should have hands-on production experience with one or more of the following:

  • Schedule A – First Lien Mortgage
  • Schedule B – Home Equity
  • Schedule C – Credit Card
  • Schedule D – Commercial Real Estate (if applicable)
  • Schedule K – Supplemental Portfolio Information
