About the Opportunity
A well-established luxury home design showroom is seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a design professional who thrives in a client-facing sales environment and enjoys guiding homeowners and trade professionals through high-end remodeling and new construction projects.

This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of residential projects while building long-term relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners. The ideal candidate combines strong design capabilities with exceptional customer service and sales skills.

What You’ll Do
Guide clients through all phases of kitchen and bath projects, from concept and space planning to product selection and project completion
Design cabinetry layouts and specifications using 20/20 design software
Assist customers with decorative plumbing, cabinetry, fixtures, and related product selections
Manage showroom traffic, trade accounts, and walk-in customers
Develop and maintain relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, and design professionals
Generate and manage project quotes, orders, and follow-up communication
Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and to client expectations
Meet monthly sales goals while maintaining healthy profit margins
Stay current on industry trends, materials, and product innovations
Qualifications
3+ years of kitchen and bath cabinet design experience
Proficiency with 20/20 design software
Experience specifying decorative plumbing products
Strong project management and customer relationship skills
Proven ability to generate sales and develop repeat business
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work effectively with both homeowners and trade professionals
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
Bilingual language skills are a plus
