We're hiring for an impact-driven community organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. We partner with schools and local authorities to provide essential support and education.

The Role

• Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 through flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Work in person, online, or in a hybrid capacity to suit the needs of the learners.
• Adapt teaching methods to holistically support diverse learning needs, including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Proven knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Right to work in the UK.
