Job Description

Job Title: Sales Valuer (Estate Agency)

Location: Harborne, Birmingham

Basic Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

OTE: £45,000+

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced estate agent with a passion for winning instructions and delivering outstanding customer service? Our client is looking for a confident and driven Sales Valuer to join their successful Harborne branch estate agent branch. Requirements

  • Previous estate agency valuation or senior sales negotiator experience
  • Proven ability to win new instructions
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with vendors
  • Professional and confident approach
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
  • Full UK Driving License (required)

Responsibilities

  • Carry out market appraisals and property valuations
  • Win new instructions and convert valuation opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective vendors
  • Generate new business through prospecting and follow-up activity
  • Advise clients on pricing, marketing strategies and the sales process
  • Negotiate offers where required
  • Maintain accurate records on the company CRM system
  • Work towards monthly valuation and instruction targets

Schedule

Monday to Friday one week (8:30am to 5:30pm), and the following week Monday to Saturday (with a weekday off), with Saturday hours of 8:30am to 4:00pm.

License/Certification

  • Full UK Driving License (required)
