The Role

• Coordinate and manage the nursing schedule to ensure optimal patient care.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders to identify and implement staffing effectiveness improvements.
• Advise supervisors on any issues related to the nursing schedule and staffing ratios.
• Ensure all employee, contract, and student files meet regulatory standards.
• Schedule and communicate educational opportunities for nursing staff.
• Distribute nursing schedules in a timely and organized manner.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling, preferably within a hospital setting.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
• Strong communication and advisory skills.
