The Role

• Provide holistic nursing care and support for adolescent patients within a shift system.
• Monitor patient progress, observe disease progression, and assist with therapeutic interventions.
• Independently carry out physician-ordered medical measures and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain structured nursing documentation and manage organizational tasks within the station.
• Contribute actively to a positive, structured, and safe environment within an interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Specialist, or Pediatric Nurse.
• Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, prior experience in psychosomatic or psychiatric care (not a requirement).
