QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to understand and communicate complex regulatory requirements to the general public by email, phone, or letter.
Comfortable working with technology and quickly learning electronic systems and moving between them with ease.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Ability to de-escalate challenging public interactions and guide individuals toward compliance with relevant regulations.
Ability to work independently while recognizing when matters need to be brought to a supervisor or additional team members.
