TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES ==>

Design and Delivery

Advocate and advance design standards for styles, patterns, and practices across design teams
Leverage design expertise to ensure team design activities are reviewed and executed at a high-level
Clearly communicate, describe, and defend complex design strategies in senior leadership reviews

Strategy and Planning

Develop strategies that guide experience design work for complex projects and initiatives
Assist others with understanding customer needs and eliciting ideas to inform preliminary designs
Impact business decisions by communicating design strategies and demonstrating design value
Partner with internal teams and third-parties to establish long-term Design strategies

People and Culture

Develop partnerships with internal teams and customers to meet shared goals and objectives
Build respect and credibility to foster a company-wide culture of embracing design
Mentor others to excel in all aspects of the design lifecycle and champion the customer perspective
