The GDA Administrative Support role provides organizational, communication, and scheduling support for key GDA executives. The Administrative Support role acts as the first point of contact for the GDA executives, answering / directing phone calls, handling correspondence, managing documents and schedules, and providing meeting and event support.
The skillsets required for this role include:
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The GDA Administrative Support role must have excellent verbal and written communication while interacting with internal and external stakeholders in a polite and professional manner.
- Time Management: The GDA Administrative Support role must have a strong ability to multitask, track and prioritize workloads for GDA executives, and manage time effectively.
- Proactiveness and Problem-Solving: The GDA Administrative Support role must be proactive and take initiative to solve administrative problems efficiently with little assistance.
