Senior Specialist, Client Service Data Insights & Analytics

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Service Data Insights and Analytics to join our Global Clearing Team. This role is located in New York, NY.

AI Business / Product Owner (Practice-Aligned Micro-Pod Lead) - This role is intended for a high-performing colleague from an SDG-aligned function such as operations, controls, or client service who can represent their practice area in AI delivery. The individual will sit within a small micro-pod alongside engineers and act as the key business point person responsible for shaping, prioritizing, and driving AI use cases from idea through implementation and value realization. They will connect business needs with technical execution, ensuring solutions are well-defined, governed, tested, adopted, and demonstrably beneficial to the practice.
Key Profile Criteria / Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of their practice area, with credibility across operations, controls, client service, or a similar SDG function.
- Acts as the primary business representative within a micro-pod, partnering closely with engineers to drive AI use case delivery for their practice/team.
- Builds and maintains the practice-level pipeline of AI opportunities, helping prioritize the highest-value business problems to solve.
- Translates business needs into clear requirements, process flows, user stories, and success criteria, while coordinating business testing and implementation readiness.
- Accountable for end-to-end pod delivery from the business side, including stakeholder alignment, decision-making, issue resolution, and execution against milestones.
- Responsible for ensuring required AI governance is initiated and completed within 60 days of project start.
- Responsible for ensuring benefits are realized after implementation, with clear evidence of business impact, capacity creation, or efficiency gains.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

-Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred. 

- 4-5 years of total work experience preferred.
