The Role

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
• Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, leading the team and managing workflows in part.
• Handle a variety of tasks across the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory checks and merchandising.
• Ensure product freshness, particularly for produce and baked goods, and manage stock replenishment.
• Perform cashier duties and contribute to essential stockroom and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and the drive to contribute to an already high-performing team.
• Completed vocational training in retail, or relevant experience in retail or a related field.
• A friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to actively participate in all aspects of store operations.
• Flexibility, strong organizational skills, and demonstrated leadership potential.
• Proficient German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
