, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:

Recruitment and Hiring
: Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Employee Records Management
: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefit enrollment, and employee data.

Benefits Administration
: Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, insurance claims, and employee benefits inquiries.

Employee Communications
: Develop and distribute employee communications, such as company-wide emails, memos, and newsletters.

Special Projects
: Support special projects and initiatives as requested by the HR department.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in human resources or related field preferred

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
