Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Experience: 12+ Years
Location:  USA , Remote
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, solution architecture experience, and the ability to engage with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Lead ServiceNow architecture, technical design, platform integrations, and customization.
  • Provide architectural guidance across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or other relevant ServiceNow modules.
  • Oversee platform configuration, workflows, scripting, and application development.
  • Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Ensure platform security, performance, scalability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership.
  • Mentor developers and technical teams and drive architecture standards.
Required Skills
  • 15+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow implementation and architecture experience.
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, data model, workflows, and application architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA), or Certified Application Architect (CAA) is a plus, depending on the role.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise security, and ITIL processes.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
