Senior Guardrail Engineer

The Role
We're looking for an AI-native engineer to transform how software is built by designing development systems around AI agents from the ground up. You'll create the infrastructure, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and workflows that enable a small engineering team to safely and efficiently manage large-scale AI-generated code.

This role sits at the intersection of developer productivity, AI tooling, and platform innovation. Successful internal solutions will help shape future product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered development workflows, tooling, and orchestration systems.
• Create context management, evaluation, testing, and review frameworks for AI-generated code.
• Implement security, quality, and compliance guardrails.
• Establish metrics and processes to improve engineering velocity and effectiveness.
• Enable engineers through best practices, training, and adoption of AI tools.
• Partner with leadership to translate successful internal workflows into product features.
