Job Description

ServiceNow Financial AI Analyst


Schedule: Hybrid 3 days onsite


Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Financial AI Analyst to support the continued development, optimization, and business use of the ServiceNow platform. This hands-on functional role will focus on ServiceNow testing, Performance Analytics, financial reporting and processes, and AI capabilities.


Responsibilities



  • Own ServiceNow testing, including test cases, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).

  • Build and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics, dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and operational reporting.

  • Partner with Finance and business teams to improve workflows, reporting, processes, and ServiceNow solutions.

  • Support and enable ServiceNow AI, including Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence.

  • Configure, test, and measure AI-driven capabilities and identify opportunities for automation and self-service.

  • Support ITSM processes, CMDB/ITAM, HRSD, integrations, upgrades, and release cycles.

  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional ServiceNow solutions.

  • Provide reporting, training, documentation, and ongoing platform support.


Qualifications



  • Hands-on ServiceNow experience in an analyst, testing, reporting, or related role.

  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting.

  • Experience supporting Finance-related processes, reporting, or workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI or AI-driven automation.

  • Experience with ATF, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.

  • Knowledge of core ITSM processes including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Knowledge.

  • Experience with CMDB/ITAM and/or HRSD is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
