Position Title: System Rel & Support Lead
Position Location: OH - Miamisburg, TX - Dallas, PA - Pittsburgh, TX - Houston-5 days onsite
Function of the Group: Release Management 
Initiatives/Projects: Coordinating Code Deployments 
Industry background: Banking is a nice to have, but open to all code deployments background.

Team Dynamic: Supporting 6 crews across different applications 
Roles and Responsibilities: • Change review and domain CAB • Release management • Incident escalations from SRC • Deployment services • Environment management • Program and project oversite (enterprise initiatives ) • Disaster recovery assistance 
Must Have Technical Skills: Years of experience: 6 or more years of experience • Expertise in enterprise release management, change governance, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, and Service Now • Jira • Azure Dev Ops 
Soft Skills: • Strong leadership and execution
